You can now synchronize your PayFit account from your Cockpit, to add all your employees to the Employees space. This new feature allows you to save time during onboarding and to think about equipping your employees in time, so they are operational from their first day of work.
To synchronize your PayFit or Google Workspace account to your Cockpit, here are the steps to follow:
- Log in to your Cockpit.
- In the menu, click on "Settings" then "Integrations and Services".
- Choose PayFit and click on "Activate".
- Click on "Continue with PayFit", select your account and authorize data sharing.
- Select the format of your professional email addresses and click on "Confirm".
You can then modify the email addresses of your employees in case of errors and/or add their phone number.
Follow the steps to synchronize your accounts in a few clicks.
After clicking on "Confirm and import", your Cockpit is now up to date with all the employees from your PayFit account.
💡The synchronization between your PayFit account and your Cockpit account will then update automatically with each new arrival. If your new collaborators do not have a computer assigned, Fleet will send you a reminder before their arrival to not forget to order their equipment.
