Have you placed a new order and want to track its progress? Here is how you can access this information from your Cockpit.
Login to your dashboard by clicking here.
In the "Orders" section, locate the order in question by its number.
- If it has been delivered and completed, you will find it in the "Completed" tab.
- If it requires action, i.e. you need to perform an action on one or more orders, you will find it in the 'Action Required' tab.
The 'All' tab allows you to track your orders globally.
To find out more about the progress of your order, click on an order; several statuses will be displayed:
Financing Request: We are consulting with our partners to obtain a financing agreement.
Signing the contract: You must sign the leasing contract using the electronic signature link (Yousign) available on your dashboard and sent to you by email.
Order processing: Our teams order your equipment from our network of suppliers.
Delivery: Your equipment has left our suppliers' warehouse and is on its way. You can track the delivery by clicking on the dedicated button.
- Receipt confirmation: Your equipment has been delivered and your contract has been finalised to set up collection. We may contact you if a document received is not in order (ID, bank details, etc.)
You can see the number of units in your order at a glance thanks to the icon in the top right-hand corner of each order in progress. To find out more about the equipment ordered, click on "View summary".
