How do I change an order on Fleet?

If you want to modify information concerning your delivery
Please specify the changes you would like to make (address, phone number, contact person). We will do our best to make the change with our supplier, bearing in mind that if the order has already been shipped and/or delivered, we will not be able to change this information.
If you want to modify the equipment in your order
Please specify the changes you require. Please note that this new request will require a new agreement from our financial partner. Our teams will then contact you to confirm the change and to sign a new leasing contract, which will cancel and replace the previous one.
If you wish to change the electronic signature or the details of the signatories
You can add a new signatory to your cockpit in Settings > Roles and Permissions. A new signing process will then be started, with a contract that will cancel and replace the previous one.
